Ark Homesteads

North of Kansas City, Missouri

Dear friend,

Our family left California five years ago. We saw the world changing — AI, inflation, war — and we knew it was time to own something real. We bought a run-down property in Missouri for $53,000 and got to work.

Today it’s Ark Ranch. Five acres, three households — our parents, my brother Aaron, my wife Rachel and me. Goats, pigs, chickens, rabbits, and a dairy cow on the way. Two cabins we built with our own hands, paid off, that no bank can take from us.

We didn’t grow up farming. We grew up in the suburbs, renting our lives from systems we didn’t control. Land changed that. The first time I pulled a dozen eggs out of our coop, I understood what wealth actually is.

Now we help other families do what we did.

We get Catholic families onto rural, productive land that they own.

And we’re building toward something bigger: a village. Twenty families, each on their own deeded parcel, with a chapel at the center. Together we can reach a property none of us could reach alone — and every family owns their own land. We call it Village One, and we’re putting the founding list together right now.

If that’s the life you want, put your name down. It costs nothing, and it’s where everything starts.

Join the founding list Free. We’ll write to you like neighbors — because we hope that’s what you’ll be.

In Christ,

P.S. — We also buy and sell land here in Missouri. If your family is looking for a place right now, see what’s available.
